Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with needs to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Respond to security incidents and document actions in the case management system.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts with guests and team members.
• Perform merchandise receipt checks and support AP policies.
• Operate Target video surveillance system in accordance with policy.
