Job summary

• Minimum 2 years leading projects or 5 years in security projects.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all aspects of project management and delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and financial target achievement.
• Plan, initiate, execute, monitor, control, and close projects.
• Manage projects from analysis and pre-planning through implementation and close.
• Plan and schedule work to meet scope, budget, and quality on time.
• Engage customer interactions and coordinate with stakeholders as needed.
• Handle multiple projects with varying schedules and staffing.
• Develop planning documents: project plans, SOWs, charters, schedules.
• Manage issues, risks, changes, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Set expectations with resource managers regarding allocation and performance.
• Ensure QA/QC mechanisms are in place and followed.
• Execute project closeout activities and turnover to operations.
• Collaborate with groups to ensure successful project delivery.
• Report on key metrics including customer satisfaction.
• Mentor new team members and support other groups as needed.
