Job summary

Securitas Technology Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for Global Clients in the Ashburn, VA area. This full-time role leads all phases of electronic security integration projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams.

The position requires 2–5 years of construction PM experience, ideally in electronic security, with knowledge of access control, IP cameras, and related systems. PMP and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in electronic security.
• Experience leading projects in Data Centers.
• Knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, network switches, IP cameras, card readers).
• Proficient in project management principles, tools, and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction project management from planning to closeout.
• Develop key project documents: plans, scopes, schedules, charters, SOWs.
• Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and other trades to ensure delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, reporting, finances, and performance metrics.
• Align with resource managers regarding staffing and performance expectations.
• Oversee project closeout and handoff to operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and cost-efficiency.
