Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Solutions Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain Security Integration and IT infrastructure solutions for clients. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in solutions engineering or related technology roles.
• Working knowledge of enterprise networking including TCP/IP, routing, switching, wireless and security architectures.
• Understanding of Windows, Linux, virtualization, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and Microsoft 365 environments as they relate to integrated security solutions.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, network segmentation, identity management, and secure system design.
• Ability to assess customer requirements and develop scalable, integrated technology solutions that align with business and security objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, deployment, and integration of Security Integration and IT infrastructure solutions.
• Support the implementation, configuration, testing, validation, and documentation of enterprise hardware and software systems.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical discovery sessions, and deployment planning activities.
• Serve as an escalation resource for diagnosing and resolving complex system, network, and integration issues across customer and internal environments.
