Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services in Omaha, NE is hiring a Solutions Architect to lead the strategic design, integration, and governance of enterprise IT and security solutions. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in integrated electronic security or enterprise networking roles.
• Experience in proposals, SOWs, cost estimates, and customer-facing presentations.
• Certifications such as PSP, CCNA, Security+, Genetec, LenelS2, Milestone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design integrated security and enterprise technology solutions for customer requirements.
• Develop SOWs, solution designs, architecture diagrams, and cost estimates.
• Architect secure, scalable solutions across access control, VMS, IoT, cloud, and networking.
• Analyze RFPs, drawings, and specs to create compliant, cost-effective solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate requirements into architectural recommendations.
• Support sales with technical presentations, ROI discussions, and proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, vendors, and manufacturers for feasibility and pricing.
• Evaluate emerging tech and recommend modernization, cybersecurity, and integration strategies.
• Ensure security best practices like network segmentation and identity management.
• Maintain architecture standards and drive continuous improvement.
