Leidos LLC in the United States is seeking a Software Engineer SME to build and maintain software and cloud environments for critical national-security missions. Working in a DevOps framework, you will contribute across the full software lifecycle from design to testing for customer tools and applications.

The role requires strong Java, Spring, Python and cloud experience (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), familiarity with SAFe, GitHub, Jenkins, and automation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Java/Spring in DevOps environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and CI/CD tools.
• Strong Agile practices and SAFe framework experience.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools like JUnit/Katalon and scripting (Python/Bash).
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Participates in and/or directs software programming initiatives using Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, and Hibernate.
• Develops and directs software validation and testing methods with JUnit and Katalon; leverages automated deployment technologies.
• Develop, prototype and deploy cloud-based solutions leveraging infra platform services.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters for User Story alignment.
• Support SDLC following SAFe, using GitHub, Jenkins, Unix bash scripting, and JIRA/Confluence.
