Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Must be able to use computers.
• Must have excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client site(s); ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and seek management guidance as needed.
• Train Officers and review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions; coordinate with management and client representatives.
• Prepare and file required reports; perform post inspections and brief subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
• May perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, orienting and training staff, planning and directing work, and making hiring/termination recommendations.
