Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a client site in the Lackawanna County area. Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, incident response, and maintaining daily records to ensure safety and compliance.

A strong background in security leadership and supervision is required. The role requires meeting licensing and training requirements, and offers a daytime schedule (8 AM–4 PM) with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of the following: military service, Auxiliary Police, or minimum supervisory experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by inspecting security personnel and their performance; perform related admin tasks.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies; issue notifications per site orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and supervise post orders and security operations.
