Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at our client site in Henderson. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage a team, and a commitment to a safe environment.

Prior security or supervisory experience is preferred, with a valid CO driver’s license and licensing eligibility. The position offers hourly pay of 28.55 and includes health insurance and 401k plans for full-time staff, plus ongoing paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training/licensing and any required licensing tests for driving a company vehicle.
• At least 1 year of verifiable supervisory security experience or equivalent.
• Be 18+ (21+ if armed) and able to operate radio/console equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security function, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel meet contract requirements.
• Maintain control of overtime per AUS guidelines.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure contract compliance.
• Assist with payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction and discipline as required; respond to client requests.
