Allied Universal is seeking a Security Site Supervisor in Dadeland, FL to lead the on-site security team at a commercial client. You will supervise officers, coordinate with the Account Manager, and ensure safety and compliance across the site.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory security experience, a Florida D license, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors on a day shift (Mon-Fri 6:30am-2:30pm). Allied Universal offers training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisor security experience.
• Valid Florida D license.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 21 years old.
• Ability to use computer or tablet.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations of the client site.
• Manage a team of security officers and supervisors, including scheduling, training, and coaching.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Build strong client and employee relationships.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Ensure reporting and contract compliance.
• Communicate staffing needs and support recruitment.
• Develop staff through performance management.
• Meet contractual hours and maintain post orders.
