Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Site Supervisor for the Dadeland, FL area. The role oversees security operations, coaches a team of officers, and collaborates with the Account Manager to meet service levels.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm, with benefits including health insurance and 401(k). A Florida D license and 3–5 years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of supervisor security experience.
• Valid Florida Security License D is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this post.
• Background check and drug screening per law.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations at the client site.
• Manage security officers, shifts, scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Maintain client relationships and meet contractual obligations.
• Communicate staffing needs and coordinate with recruiters.
