Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions including staffing, scheduling, and training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security personnel are completed.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Monitor service quality and contract compliance through regular inspections and performance reviews.
• Assist in payroll, incident reporting, security surveys, and post orders.
