Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a full-time FF/EMT in Lyndora, PA to provide security and emergency medical response at client sites. The position requires EMT certification, a valid driver's license and the ability to work up to 40 hours per week.

Officers are paid weekly and receive uniforms and equipment at no cost. The role focuses on safety, deterrence of crime, incident reporting, and rapid response to emergencies, with extensive training and career progression opportunities within Allied

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing and certifications as EMT and CPR/AED are required or may be required.
• Background check and drug screen required by laws.
• Must be able to drive with a clean record for driving positions.
• Ability to operate computer systems at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of facilities and deter crime.
• Report suspicious or unsafe acts at or near posts.
• Respond to emergencies and provide basic life support as needed.
• Perform firefighting duties and operate equipment as trained.
• Interact professionally with clients, guests and employees.
• Work in varied environments and lift up to 80 pounds when required.
