Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor in Harrisburg, PA. The role oversees the on-site security function, coordinates staff and training, and acts as liaison between customers and operations.

A driving post requires a valid driver’s license to meet AU Driver Policy requirements. This full-time position includes standard shifts, access to training, and benefits such as retirement savings, medical, dental, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must have 6+ months of security experience or the equivalent.
• Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Access Control/Badge experience.
• Alarm panel experience.
• Comfortable with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting personnel and performance.
• Perform duties including payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for direct supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as per site Post Orders.
