We are currently hiring for a Security Site Supervisor in the Batavia, OH area. This position is 1st shift with a starting pay rate of $25.00/hr paid weekly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of site supervisor experience leading a team of 10+ people.
• 3+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience is preferred.
• Previous scheduling and payroll experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.
• High school diploma is required. Associate's degree is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
  
  

A Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Site Supervisor will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
