The Inns of Aurora is seeking a Spa Attendant Supervisor to lead a team in maintaining excellent spa service standards. This role involves supervising day-to-day operations, training staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction while demonstrating strong leadership skills and professionalism. Successful candidates will have a background in hospitality or spa management and be committed to upholding the company's core values.
$20-$25/hr; Saturdays are required

Spa Attendant Supervisor
POSITION PURPOSE:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Spa, the Spa Attendant Supervisor is responsible for working alongside and supervising a team of Spa Attendants to ensure all day-to-day standards and procedures are adhered to, delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction in the spa. The Spa Attendant Supervisor maintains Inns of Aurora service and hospitality standards throughout all interactions. The Supervisor may also facilitate and participate in team training and evaluations. Additionally, they may be involved in administrative duties such as payroll, scheduling, inventory management, training, and progressive discipline. The Spa Attendant Supervisor must always demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail to serve as an example and leader for the team.
