Job summary

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong observation, calm decision-making under pressure, and excellent customer service. Valid security credentials and a driver's license are required; weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a Valid Security Officer/Guard License as required by state regulations
• Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company approved driver standards
• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Conduct routine walking and vehicle patrols to identify and report safety concerns
• Monitor access points; verify identification and credentials
• Observe surveillance equipment for suspicious or unsafe activity Incident Response & Reporting
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents following established protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities and events
• Perform routine security tasks (e.g., securing doors, monitoring restricted areas)

Responsibilities

• Lead Officers support daily site activity through patrols, access control, incident response, reporting, and customer service
• Ensure high-quality security operations through visibility, vigilance, and proactive engagement
• Report incidents and maintain logs
• Provide professional assistance to visitors, employees, and contractors
• Enforce client-specific Post Orders and company policies
