Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Texas Security Officer license required or able to obtain.
• 3+ years security, military, or law enforcement exp.
• 1+ years supervisory and customer service experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations at a designated site.
• Supervise security officers and ensure policy compliance.
• Serve as primary client liaison for relations and incident response.
• Maintain detailed logs and prompt reporting of incidents.
• Coordinate scheduling and training for staff.
