Security Site Supervisor (Tampa Area Branch) – Plant City, FL

DSI Security Services is growing. We are hiring a Security Site Supervisor in Plant City, FL. Join a diverse and inclusive team that values excellent customer service and recognizes its people as its biggest asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees; perform general security duties for our clients.
• Act as a liaison with the client; promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, and follow specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI’s safety manual.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• Oversee day-to-day operations at the site location, including client and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer skills and effective written and oral communication.
• Ability to perform routine foot patrols, perform moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions.

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

• Valid State Driver's License
• State of Florida Class D Security License

Pre-employment Requirements
