DSI Security Services in Ronceverte, WV is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to maintain a safe, secure environment for clients and staff while performing general security duties and reporting hazards. The role focuses on client service and adherence to post instructions.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic to intermediate computer abilities, and can pass background and drug screenings. Pay is $15/hour, 44 hours/week, Monday through Friday on the first shift.

DSI is growing, again! We are hiring a Security Supervisor in Ronceverte, WV. Job Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients. You will promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards. You will need to understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions. You will participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures, as well as DSI’s safety manual. You will be interacting with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.

This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills. You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements.

Pay rate is $15/hr. Position is first shift Monday to Friday with one 12 hour day (44hrs per week).

Pre-employment requirements are to be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. You must have reliable means of transportation and means of communication. You must pass all required background and drug screenings.
