Security Site Supervisor – Response Security Officer

Location: Perris, California

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 pm–6:00 pm (Part‑Time)

Hourly wage: $22 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to ensure security.
• Supervise and direct daily activities of security personnel, ensuring post orders are followed and client expectations are met.
• Perform regular site inspections to identify physical security risks and ensure equipment functionality.
• Assist the Security Manager with scheduling and staffing needs.
• Conduct on‑job training for new hires and ongoing training on emergency preparedness.
• Patrol to spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED, with documentation.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in security.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Previous security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is an advantage.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32+ hours of security training; additional training may be obtained during hiring.

Additional Information

Employment contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
