GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer to adapt to varying assignments across events and locations. The role combines customer service, patrols, and surveillance with a focus on agility and precision.

Ideal candidates will be at least 21, authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid driver’s license and a HS diploma or GED. Training and BSIS Guard Card support are provided during hiring, with uniform supplied and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Has BSIS Guard Card and 32 hour trainings (can be obtained during hiring)
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:

• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Response Security Guard:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Flexible Availability: Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require. Shifts may vary from week to week, and guaranteed or fixed schedules are not available for this position. Flexibility is essential to support changing client needs, ensure adequate coverage, and maintain service excellence
