DSI Security Services in Houston is hiring Security Site Supervisors to oversee daily security operations at an assigned site in the North Houston area. You will lead security personnel, assign patrol areas, monitor performance, train staff, and ensure adherence to client requirements and DSI policies with a hands-on approach.

Minimum age 18, 1–3 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills are required.

• Participate in required training and follow DSI safety procedures and manuals.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely.

The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring personnel perform their duties in accordance with DSI policies, client requirements, and post instructions. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and a hands‑on approach to site management.

Qualifications & Requirements
