Qualifications

• Prior experience in security site management or related field is required.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of security personnel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with daily site operations and administrative tasks.
• Participate in client meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections.
• Enforce and execute internal programs, policies, and reporting protocols.
• Execute emergency response initiatives and other site-specific security directives.
• Support development and execution of site-specific security strategies.
• Engage in leadership training and mentorship programs.
• Take on progressive supervisory responsibilities, including scheduling and team oversight.
• Build leadership skills in team management and strategic planning.
• Support Site Manager to achieve KPIs related to expense control, staffing quality, scheduling efficiency, and report accuracy.
• Assist in evaluating officers’ performance and providing coaching and feedback.
• Learn best practices for discipline, recognition, and employee engagement.
• Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and training new officers.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and leadership.
• Maintain clear communication protocols with stakeholders.
• Drive a service-first culture, exceeding client expectations.
