Job summary

M1 Global is seeking a Site Manager in Union City, GA to lead all security personnel on site, act as the main liaison with client site management, and ensure staffing, scheduling and training are delivered to meet client KPIs.

You will drive a service-first culture, oversee equipment and incident responses, and coordinate with leadership to maintain high standards of security operations at the site.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing security personnel teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in report writing and scheduling platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and direction to all assigned security personnel.
• Serve as the primary liaison with client site management.
• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of shift supervisors and officers.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific performance metrics for site security functions.
• Enforce internal programs, policies and reporting protocols.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with client and company leadership.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders.
• Drive a service-first culture and exceed client expectations.
• Oversee maintenance of patrol vehicles and security equipment.
• Execute emergency response initiatives as required.
