Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of security experience, including leadership roles in Class A office buildings.
• Valid driver’s license and proximity to the 77030 area.
• Ability to complete digital incident reports and basic smartphone usage.
• Active security license and strong customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
