Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year as a Monitor I or 2 years related experience; leadership preferred.
• Familiar with community correctional operations and supervision.
• Ability to write legible reports in English.
• Ability to plan, motivate, and react quickly to emergencies.
• Ability to work any assigned shift and use computers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and operational security on a shift.
• Directly leads Monitor staff and residents on shift.
• Train new employees and resolve issues.
• Prepare staff logs and disciplinary reports.
• Maintain daily logs and facility checks.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety compliance.
