Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Driving positions require a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and ensure quality service.
• Coordinate the delivery of security services on the client site.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and Field Operations Manager.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
