The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, a WI private security license, and a High School diploma with 3 years of security experience. Responsibilities include training, incident reporting, and maintaining access control and CCTV systems.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of continuous supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior security experience required.
• Valid WI PRIVATE SECURITY LICENSE must be held.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on shift.
• Lead and develop security staff, including scheduling and training.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies as they arise.
• Maintain post orders, logs and incident reports for management review.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, vendors and visitors.
