Qualifications

• Must hold a DPS Level II license on hire and obtain Level III within 30 days.
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of security/management experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR check.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize, and direct daily security activities.
• Monitor CCTV and patrol the premises to ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Manage access control and visitor/log procedures at entry points.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Conduct shift briefings and handoffs; document performance concerns.
• Onboard, train, and mentor new security staff; enforce discipline per policy.
• Provide timely reporting on safety hazards and security breaches.
