Job summary

Riot Platforms is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to lead our security team on-site at our Rockdale, Texas facility. You will oversee daily security operations, manage access control, supervise officers, and coordinate with supervisors to maintain a safe work environment.

Ideal candidates have a DPS Level II license (Level III within 30 days), a Bachelor’s or 5 years in security/military, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires DPS Level II license on hire and Level III within 30 days.
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years in management, law enforcement, security or military.
• Valid driver’s license and pass MVR check; weapons proficiency.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Fluent English; clear communication; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize daily security team activities.
• Maintain relationships with visitors, vendors, employees, and customers.
• Monitor operations and provide guidance and training.
• Respond to emergencies; coordinate with law enforcement and EMS.
• Oversee shift briefings; ensure proper handoffs and discipline as needed.
• Lead onboarding and training of security personnel.
