Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Florida to oversee a security team on a specific shift, coordinating with site leadership and the Account Manager. The role involves coaching, reporting, and ensuring high-quality service delivery at the client site.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, a guard card, and strong communication skills, with the ability to handle routine and crisis situations professionally.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Guard card is required.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Must understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving positions require a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle both routine and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate delivery of services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
