Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor for a corporate site in Nashville, TN. You will supervise security officers on a dedicated shift, coordinate with site leadership and field operations, and ensure delivery of quality services.

Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with Thurs/Fri 2PM-10PM and Sat/Sun 6PM-10PM shifts. Candidates must meet licensing, driving, and safety requirements and be prepared for background checks and drug testing.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of security or related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage shift staff and coordinate with account managers
• Proficient with computers and mobile devices
• Licensed to drive with a clean record and valid license

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on the assigned shift
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines
• Complete written reports and logs neatly and timely
