Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs; read and understand operating procedures.
• Background checks and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required; valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on the assigned shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and security officers; coach and discipline staff as needed.
• Prepare reports and logs; maintain professional interaction with clients and the public.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and ensure high standards of customer service.
