Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a Billings, MT client site. The role oversees security staff on a specific shift, coordinating quality service and acting as a liaison among site leadership and officers. Pay is $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications include 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), strong written and verbal communication, and valid driver’s license with clean record. Medical and retirement benefits are available.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and driving experience.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site technologies.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
