Responsibilities

• Ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and escalate when needed.
• Train Officers and review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission; ensure adequate coverage.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
