Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit in Richmond, VA seeks a Security Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Security Officers and Lead Officers at an assisted living facility. You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed while maintaining high safety and service standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of security experience with supervisory responsibilities, a valid driver's license, and a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related security experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience supervising Security Officers
• Experience in an assisted living facility preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and lead personnel on client site(s) and ensure post orders are followed
• Ensure rounds are completed and reports are filed; notify authorities and client in emergencies
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions
• Assist in payroll submissions and personnel information processing
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in coordination with management
• Prepare, file and submit various reports as required
