Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security staff on a specified shift and coordinate with account leadership. The role requires strong communication and crisis management skills to deliver high-quality service at a client site.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with public DoD Secret clearance required for the role. A valid driver’s license and background check are also part of the requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional demeanor.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs.
• Read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure delivery of quality services on shift at the customer site.
