Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to oversee operations at a Corporate Site in Boston, MA.

• Starting Pay: $24.13/hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11 am - 7 pm
• Requirements: At least 2 years of security experience, experience in access control and badging preferred

The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate quality services on a specific shift, act as a liaison between site staff and management, and provide coaching and discipline within authorized boundaries.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly
• Understanding of operating procedures
• State/local licensing as required
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, clean record, and adequate insurance (for driving positions)
• Successful background check and drug/alcohol test
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand/walk for long periods
