Job Description

Allied Universal Security Services is seeking to fill the position of a Security Shift Supervisor at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH.

Full Time Hours: Thursday through Tuesday, 1 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Weekly Pay Starting Rate: $19.00/hour with Paid Orientation and DailyPay, a great way to get paid before payday!

Applicant must possess a valid Driver's License for more than one year.

The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly and legibly
• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
• Licensing requirements as per state/local laws
• Driving Positions: Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and ability to operate a vehicle safely
• Successful completion of background investigation and drug/alcohol test
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand/walk for long periods
