Qualifications

• 5 years Legal - Law Enforcement required or 5 years Security required and 3 years General-Supervisor required.
• High School Diploma required; completion Law Enforcement Course required; completion Criminal Justice or Private Security curriculum required.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities and subordinates on security shift to ensure effective functioning of the department.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and adhere to budgetary constraints.
• Responsible for written and verbal reports of assigned shift to ensure accurate and complete communication.
• Collaborate with and assist Director and Manager to provide continuity of service to Medical Center.
• Maintain safety and security for patients, visitors, staff and others during assigned shift.
• Maintain annual certifications.
• Be prompt and reliable for reporting to work on time and attending education sessions.
