• First aid and CPR certifications necessary.
• De-escalation techniques and safe restraints training preferred.
• OC/pepper spray and baton certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Patrols the campus to deter crime and address hazards.
• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and disruptive behavior.
• Enforce hospital policies and applicable laws.
• Submit reports promptly and professionally.
• Escort duties for money transfers and staff/patients when requested.
