Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in law enforcement or 6 years in security with 4 years in a supervisor role.
• Must maintain valid Driver's License and related certifications.
• Compliance with state requirements and department policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct security shift activities to ensure effective department functioning.
• Produce written and verbal shift reports for clear communication.
• Coordinate training programs and certify staff qualifications.
• Develop, deliver and evaluate department training materials.
• Maintain training records and licensing/certification documentation.
• Investigate security incidents and document findings with evidence.
• Support continuity of service by collaborating with leadership.
