Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Illinois. The Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer, acting as a liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager, and guiding officers to ensure high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must prepare written reports/logs neatly and legibly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures/instructions.
• Licensed driver with clean record for driving roles.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test after offer.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site tech use.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Physical ability to work in various environments and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff on the assigned shift and coordinates service delivery.
• Acts as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provides coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
