Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 2 years in security or related field.
• Minimum of 6 months as Security Officer (Officer II) at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel.
• Must complete Field Training Officer training within 3 months of promotion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Security Dispatchers and Officers and provide training.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
• Perform Shift Supervisor duties in the absence of the supervisor.
• Document safety hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Supervise shift personnel and assist with scheduling and payroll.
• Prepare clear reports, memos, and training materials.
• Investigate incidents and resolve conflicts with sound judgment.
• Support team members and maintain confidentiality.
