Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a reliable security supervisor to oversee operations at client sites in Milwaukee, ensuring top-tier protection for people and property. You will manage security staff, handle incidents, and coordinate on-the-job and client-specific training under Titan’s standards.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 3 years of security supervision experience, and a WI private security license. English proficiency is required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 3 years security officer experience.
• At least 18 years old; ability to pass background and drug screening.
• WI Private Security License required.
• Must read/write/speak English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of assigned Client site on shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching and development.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations.
• Develop staff through performance management and coaching.
• Maintain a positive work environment by treating staff with respect.
• Coordinate site-specific training and refresher training per Titan standards.
• Maintain logs, review incident reports, and coordinate investigations.
