Job summary

Titan Security Group is hiring a Field Supervisor to lead a team across Green Bay and Wausau accounts. The role focuses on quality assurance and compliance, reporting to a Director of Operations and coordinating with field staff to maintain high service standards.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in security or related industries, and be able to obtain a WI Private Security License and driver’s license. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years experience as a Security Lead and/or Supervisor or in a customer service role.
• Able to acquire WI Private Security License and Driver’s license.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions (lifting 75+ lbs, patrols, stairs, weather).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Train team members in customer service and QA/compliance procedures.
• Monitor and coach staff including attendance, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
• Support HR and Sr. Operations Manager in hiring, training, onboarding, and terminations.
• Respond to escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Compile and prepare reports on incidents, personnel, and account trends.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
