Responsibilities

• Lead security officers, ensure posts and rounds are followed, and file required reports.
• Prepare, file, and submit reports; investigate incidents and notify relevant personnel.
• Inspect posts, outline tasks for subordinates, and coordinate with security management.
• Provide assurance of security requirements and maintain high‑quality customer service.
• Supervise events and duties; perform CCTV/alarms monitoring as needed.
• Maintain composure during urgent/high‑pressure situations.
