Job summary

Chenega Agile Real Time Solutions, LLC in Pueblo, Colorado, seeks an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Armed Security Officers supporting the U.S. Government Publishing Office.

You will supervise daily security operations, ensure contract compliance, mentor personnel, and maintain a safe, secure environment for government employees, visitors, facilities, and assets. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Security Management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of security, law enforcement, military police, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, leadership, and direction to Armed Security Officers on your shift.
• Foster professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Conduct shift briefings and post details to communicate updates and instructions.
• Coach and mentor personnel; address performance and recognize exceptional work.
• Serve as primary contact for shift personnel and provide guidance on operational issues.
• Ensure operations comply with contract requirements, post orders, regulations, and policies.
• Monitor officer performance; ensure posts are staffed and covered.
• Coordinate staffing adjustments for vacancies, leave, or operational needs.
• Conduct inspections for compliance and effectiveness.
• Maintain officer appearance standards and equipment accountability.
• Lead response during incidents and emergencies; deploy resources as needed.
• Notify Project Manager of significant incidents and concerns.
• Support investigations; document incidents accurately.
