Job summary

Chenega Naswik International, LLC seeks an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead security operations for the Missile Defense Agency. You will oversee daily security activities, manage personnel, and ensure access control, visitor management, alarm monitoring, and emergency response align with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Security/Law Enforcement/Management or related field, or equivalent training and experience.
• Minimum six years of management experience in civilian police, security, or related organization.
• Eight years in security/operational environments with supervisory experience.
• Experience in analytical decision-making and operational management.
• Specialized experience in physical security or related security operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for security personnel assigned to daily operational activities.
• Oversee access control, visitor management, alarm response, dispatch operations, and circulation enforcement.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with site leadership to support contract performance and mission objectives.
• Supervise Security Control Center activities and monitor operational effectiveness.
• Support badge and CAC administration programs.
• Ensure personnel are trained and prepared for duties.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and security-related situations.
• Conduct security inspections and assist with reporting activities.
• Provide first response and initial assessment during emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
